Historian Dianne Roman Presents The Ladies’ Garland — Sep 8
Historic Shepherdstown & Museum will host a presentation on September 8 (Wed) at 7 pm by print historian Dianne Roman, featuring her research on The Ladies’ Garland, a magazine for women published in Harpers Ferry between 1824 and 1827 by John Gallaher.
