Countertop Solutions (CTS) specializes in granite countertops, but its experienced team also provides full kitchen and bath renovations—from demolition to completion. Utilizing state-of-the-art design software, only the highest quality products, and the most friendly, professional labor force in the region, CTS handles plumbing, renovation changes, and offers everything needed for a new kitchen or bath.

Since 2005, CTS (286 Langston Blvd., Martinsburg, WV) has served a client base throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Virginia, and D.C., and heading into 2020, offers just about everything you can dream up: Solaris sinks, quality kitchen cabinets, faucets and fixtures, custom backsplash and tile, and granite or quartz countertops.

Owner Jason Singer has been in the business for nearly 20 years, and learned the value of unmatched customer service early on. “We’ve always been extremely customer-service oriented; I worked with some people back in the early years who didn’t deliver on it very well, and I knew when I had my own business, how important it would be to our success.”

The additional core value at CTS is literally “doing what they say they’re going to do.” Singer added, “We set the expectations and we come through. That philosophy has also helped the company to evolve—to deliver more and deliver better. In turn, this business has become a place for people to grow, as well. It’s always been about pride of ownership and creating opportunities for other people, other families.”

As his business has grown and evolved over the years, Singer also takes pride in the fact that some of that growth happens independently of him. “It’s a testament to the people we have here and the system we’ve put into place,” he emphasized.

A significant portion of that growth, recently, has landed in the healthcare, education, and senior-living sectors. “We started to catch on to those opportunities during the recession, but now we’re really able to push in that direction,” Singer added.

CTS also boasts a retail showroom in Winchester (VA), Earth Art Kitchen and Bath (2625 Valley Avenue), open since 2016. “We’ve recently hired two full-time kitchen designers down there, as well,” he noted. “That’s basically a full-service kitchen and bath design center where people can walk through full displays and design the space they want—like picking out a piece of jewelry. My background is in kitchen and bath, and flooring, so it was a natural decision for us to develop that piece of our business in that location.”
