Yearly event benefits customers, builders, and full range of construction industry.

The Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association’s 22nd-Annual Home Show is moving to Berkeley Plaza on March 25 + 26. “Visit our new place and create your new space” is the theme for this year’s show.

The Show will run from 10am-7pm on Saturday, March 25, and 10am-4pm on Sunday, March 26. The new location (Berkeley Plaza) is located at 215 Monroe St., Martinsburg, WV.

Founded in 1995, and presented by the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association, this year’s event offers businesses a unique opportunity to meet customers and showcase their products/services to more than 40,000 visitors.

For the public, the Home Show is THE place to locate home builders, remodelers, banks and lenders, landscape companies, heating and air conditioning contractors, and a host of other products for the home.

Admission is FREE and the community will enjoy a full two days to shop, ask questions, and gather information from over 100 exhibitors offering up exciting new products and inspiring ideas. Additionally, the popular silent auction presents a comprehensive array of items from exhibitors and other businesses, including: gift baskets, gift certificates, home décor, sporting event tickets, weekend getaways, and much more.

Attendees are also encouraged to register at the Home Show to potentially win $2,500 towards a dream home project from the Eastern Panhandle Home Builders Association.

Home Show Executive Officer David Hartley knows the weekend will provide an unmatched opportunity for attendees to learn more about products and services, and meet a huge variety of home-related businesses in one location. “It’s family oriented, high energy, no obligations, free, and local,” he said. “Your home is a one of the largest, if not the largest, investments you’ll ever make, so it’s important to locate resources and make educated decisions about projects. The Home Show provides an opportunity to do exactly that.”

Hartley emphasizes that the event provides the vehicle to bring exhibitors, sponsors, and the public together in one place to share valuable information, meet face to face, and find inspiration. “The Home Show is a long-running, popular community event with equal value to both exhibitors and consumers. The nature of the event provides a venue for businesses participating to generate real leads, and the public enjoys the variety of products to see and experts to learn from. It’s a win-win, and also brings exposure to the building and construction industries, and the role they play in our economy.”
